Terms of Service

Dawsha (dawsha.app) is an online party-game service operated by MAO APPS, Jordan ("we"). By using Dawsha you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Dawsha offers multiplayer party games played in a web browser — quiz, Bluff, Mafia, Salfa and others. Basic play is free. Optional paid features are Dawsha Pro (a subscription) and credits (one-time purchases used for characters and paid question packs).

2. Accounts

You may play as a guest. Purchases require signing in, so they belong to your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent's permission.

3. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown before you pay, in your currency, with applicable taxes.

4. Pro subscription

Pro renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account (“Manage subscription”); Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We may change the price of Pro with notice before your next renewal.

4b. Digital access and your statutory rights

Dawsha Pro and credits give you immediate access to a digital service. By starting to use them right after purchase, you ask us to begin the service immediately and acknowledge that, where a statutory “cooling-off” withdrawal right would otherwise apply, it no longer applies once you have started using the service. This does not affect the voluntary 14-day refunds in our Refund Policy, or any rights that cannot be waived under your local law.

5. Credits

Credits are a virtual currency for use inside Dawsha only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and do not expire while the service runs.

6. Fair use

Do not abuse other players, post offensive names or messages, cheat, attack or overload the service, or copy its content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Content

Questions, images and games are provided for entertainment. Image credits are listed on the image credits page. If you believe something infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it promptly.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep Dawsha available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Dawsha means you accept the updated terms.
